Yoga on the Lawn Summer Series
July 9, 16 and 30 | 9:15 AM - 10:30 AM | Grounds of the Martin House
Outdoor yoga is back with Yoga Parkside! These classes are beginner friendly, no yoga experience required. Bring a mat, a water bottle, and a towel, if needed. We will practice together, each working at your own level, guided by careful and kind instruction. Benefits of yoga include reduced stress, increased strength & balance, and body & breath awareness.
